John and Albert have to travel on business to Colombia.  They have a metallurgical lab and they have found some equipment that they want to buy.  They have been looking at how much it would cost them to ship the equipment and it is not too bad.  They have been making arrangements and will need a colombia official translators when they get there.  They will be staying a week so that they can see how the equipment works.  The company they are buying it from offered to train them for no additional charge.  They will be leaving on February 1st.  All of the arrangements are just about completed.
