My son thinks that my grandson just needs some help realizing that finishing projects will be a good thing. So he’s decided to utilize my new hobby to help with that. I don’t think that is my grandson’s problem. I think he needs to learn a strong work ethic. I suppose watching me work on Flipping Real Estate might help with that. Especially if he gets a before and after tour of the house I’m working on. I might even make him help me, that way I get some free labor and the work gets done faster. A win/win situation for me.
