If you are thinking about making an investment in the Massachusetts Trust, you should be knowledgeable about legal matters. This is nothing more than a regular trust form of organization wherein a deed of trust is executed for certain beneficiaries to be operated by a trustee.

However, it still gives limited liability in that each beneficiary can lose only the amount he has put into trust and since it is not a corporation it can buy real estate apartment investments and other properties whenever it wishes.

In this case the beneficiaries, of course, are the owners who put their capital into trust and then permit the management, who are trustees to run enterprise.
