We have been working with a realtor for the last several months. She has been great to work with but we have not found anything that we like. My husband is pretty picky about the type of house that we buy. He definitely wants a basement and he would also like for it to have a wall dehumidifier. I have never even seen a house that has one but he swears they are out there. I am just glad that this lady has stuck with us. I really hope that we do not run her off. Knowing my husband, he will.
