Just so you know, while gatorade can actually help you rehydrate, you actually have to be exercising while you drink it.  If you just drink it for fun like any other beverage, then it can actually be unhealthy for you because of all the sugars in it, etc.  To gain the benefits of gatorade, you should be doing plenty of exercise before hand.  So the next time you are craving some gatorade, try running, biking or using your total gym while doing so.  Or, just keep in mind that nothing is better for you than pure water, because it was here before Gatorade was.
