Anybody can get abs naturally without any of the hyped up ab equipment you see on TV or doing hundreds of crunches a day.
In order to get great abs you should focus on changing your eating habits and start doing effective ab exercises like reverse crunches.
Do not attempt to do hundreds of crunches a day. It does not work and you are wasting your time. Instead just focus on doing compound movement sand ab exercises.
Some great exercises to include in your workouts are squats and push ups. They are basic but very effective unlike crunches. Also make sure you eat 5-6 small meals a day to help shrink your belly fat over time.
