 In this episode of Secret Squirrel called Five is a Crowd, it starts with an evil scheme to rid the world of Secret Squirrel and Morocco Mole once and for all. Dr Dangit’s plan is to create five Secret Squirrel robots to rob banks and jewelries. So the desired plan is to get Secret Squirrel into trouble and put into jail. The robots do just that with Secret Squirrel and Morocco Mole in hot pursuit to clear his name. They follow the robots back to Dr Dangit’s headquarters where Secret convinces the robots to turn on their master rather than go to the junk yard and luckily the robots turn to their master as well.

In this day and age, so many things are truly free. You would be amazed at what can be found on the internet. I have found that I can teach myself to crochet, knit, speak a different language, learn to make my own web page and so many other things. I recently found that I can take free guitar lessons. This is something that I have always been interested in doing. I never wanted to spend the money for lessons in fear that I would not like playing. I have been taking my lessons now for a while and I really love it.

I have always loved every type of music, and I grew up playing several different instruments.  My dad plays the guitar and my mom is a pianist, so I always like to say that I guess it was in my blood.  Even today I have continued my love for music and I play in a local band on the weekends.  I really love blues guitar, and I was pretty amazed when a guy in the band treated us to the new sound he has been learning: chicken pickin!  It is the totally unique fusion of blues and country and it sounds so cool.

My manager has always been a rather remote figure, and while I always found him to be a really interesting man, I was rather afraid to approach him in a friendly way.  He seemed so intimidating up until recently.  All of that changed last week when I admired a series of shell casings that he has on display behind a glass shelf in his office.  He became very animated and started telling me more about his trench art collection.  It was totally fascinating to learn so much about the rich history of these pieces, and I now feel like I understand my manager so much better.

The club wire has been replenished from Bonsai Monk. If we repot before winter, we should be careful not to have new roots winter damaged. Joyce is attempting to repot some. He is also interested in hosting a Saturday workshop when his greenhouse is complete. Several members indicated their willingness to help. Dennis mentioned that he hopes to have a buy bonsai tree greenhouse raising. Lee and Carol will host a couple of the Saturday workshops next year. Tony opened a discussion of the possibility of having Rodney Clemons give a workshop. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as published. Anyone interested in the Society may become a member upon payment of the required dues.
