For anyone who has a problem getting grass to grow, I recommend using a slit seeder. They work very well and are reasonably priced. I had a part of my yard that did not seem to want to produce grass, but after I used this seeder, the grass did grow. Now, I finally have a beautiful lawn with thick and healthy grass. I wish I had given in and used one of these years ago. It would have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration. I will never try to grow grass the old fashioned way again now that I know how well this works.
