I was considering purchasing this condo unit that I had seen recently as a new investment property.  I currently own a couple of single family homes that I use as income but I have never gotten into anything like a condo building.  I was talking with a friend of mine who suggested that I look into consulting with a good Ohio Condo Lawyer about the prospect of making this acquisition.  If I end up purchasing the condo I think that I will need to keep a good lawyer on retainer for any legal matters that may arise in connection with the property.
